UPDATE: Hacker claims he has Jennifer Lawrence video
A hacker has posted not just one or two nude photos but snapshots featuring a slew of A-list celebs in the buff. Victims allegedly include Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Lawrence, singer Ariana Grande and model Kate Upton.
The photos first appeared on an online message board, 4chan.
The hacker claims that he has a total of 60 photos of Lawrence, as well as some video files.
It seems an iCloud leak led to him retrieving the photos.
Lawrence's publicist has confirmed that the photos are real. Some are nudes while others are selfies of her in a swimsuit.
The spokesperson said: “This is a flagrant violation of privacy. The authorities have been contacted and will prosecute anyone who posts the stolen photos of Jennifer Lawrence."
But the spokesperson for Ariana Grande says shots of her were not authentic.
He said: "The photos are completely fake."
Fellow Nickelodeon star Victoria Justice also denied the pictures' authenticity.
Confirmed that her photos were real, indie actress Mary Elizabeth Winstead condemned the gross invasion of privacy.
A master list is going viral, showing the names of celebs whose phones have been hacked into.
These include actress-singers Selena Gomez and Vanessa Hudgens, Rihanna and Cara Delvigne.
Comedian Seth Rogen has spoken out strongly against the release of these photos without consent.
